Free Farmers Market Command Center
Most markets run on an inbox full of vendor applications, a stall map on paper, and a notebook of who paid. This Google Sheet puts it in one place: which vendors are approved and whose paperwork is missing, who is booked for the next market and in which stall, what is still owed from past markets, and every to-do with an owner and a due date. Free. No email required.

What it tracks
Start Here: your next market, vendors booked, stalls still open, unpaid fees from past markets, and your next three to-dos
Vendors: what they sell, contact, status (Applied, Approved, Waitlist, Inactive), and whether their paperwork is on file and current
Market Days: one row per vendor per date, with stall, fee, fee status, and attendance. Two vendors in one stall get flagged
To Do: promotion, site, music, and paperwork follow-ups, with an owner and a due date. Overdue turns red
Market Day: a printable morning-of checklist for your crew

Your health department and town decide the rules
This is an organizing aid only. Paperwork on file means whatever your market asks vendors for; you decide what counts. It does not decide food safety, permits, insurance, or tax rules, and it does not process payments. Store only what your market already collects. Never type Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, passwords, or medical details.
