Free Air Force Senior Leader Business Cards

Vendor card templates crowd the emblem, drop the DSN line, or put text where the trim cuts it off. This PowerPoint file gives you four card fronts and four backs, built for a standard 3.5 x 2 inch card with bleed already set. Pick one front and one back, fill in the brackets, and save a print-ready PDF. Free. No email required.

Built for Microsoft PowerPoint. Uses the free Montserrat font; if it will not install, switch to Arial and the spacing still holds. Other apps can open the file, but check the spacing before you print.

What's inside

  • Front 1, standard formal: emblem on the left. Built for wing, group, and squadron commanders

  • Front 2, ceremonial centered: short and formal for general officers, SES, and command teams

  • Front 3, minimal: no emblem, for senior civilians, staff directors, and anyone whose emblem is not cleared for personal cards

  • Front 4, dual contact: office and direct lines side by side for command chiefs and first sergeants

  • Four backs: emblem on navy, unit motto or mission line, solid navy, or a QR code that saves your contact

  • Start Here and print spec slides: bleed, safe zone, card stock, and export steps

How to start

  • Pick one front and one back. Delete the other slides, plus the two instruction slides.

  • Replace every field in [square brackets]. Delete any field you do not need. Do not resize the boxes.

  • Right-click the dashed box, choose Fill, then Picture, and add your emblem or QR image at 300 DPI or better.

  • Save As PDF at High Quality Print. Print one page at actual size and scan the QR code before you order.

Your public affairs office decides what goes on the card

No Air Force Symbol, Air Force seal, DoD seal, or unit emblem comes in this file. Those are protected marks. Add only an emblem you are authorized to use, from your unit public affairs or graphics office. Rules on card content, funding, and who may issue cards vary by command and installation, so check with that office before you order. Use only contact details cleared for public release, and ask your security manager before adding a secure address.
