Mark a few opportunities Yes, add one to three actions, and bring Start Here to your next feedback session.
Built for drilling Guardsmen
Enlisted PME is now a numbered ladder, 300 to 900, with a short Foundations course before each academy. The workbook explains it in plain words, shows which courses count by distance learning, and how in-residence seats are allocated. Officers get SOS, ACSC, AWC, ARCS, joint credit, and command. Chiefs get the Senior Enlisted Bench. Tours at NGB, State Development Tours, panel-selected courses, and the free Green Belt are all in. Reservists can use it too; the few places where the rules differ are marked.
