  3. Copy point totals and qualifying-year status exactly as your official records show them.

  4. Log anything that does not match in the Discrepancy & Correction Tracker, then check the Dashboard for your next step.

Who to ask

Your unit or servicing personnel/records office, your service's Reserve retirement office (for example ARPC, HRC, PERS-912 or your state Guard personnel office), a benefits counselor, or DFAS for retired-pay matters. This tracker records what official sources tell you. It does not calculate points, qualifying years, retirement eligibility, or retired pay.
