Free Guard Orders and Pay Tracker
Drill pay that never posted. An AT check that came in short. A voucher kicked back for a signature. Put what you expect, what posted, and who has the fix on one page, and keep your points in view. Free. No email required.

What it helps you do
See what you are waiting on, travel vouchers still to file, and open pay problems on one Start Here page
Log each drill weekend and compare the estimate with what posted. Column B tells you Paid, Short, Waiting on LES, or Not posted after 45 days
Log each set of orders with the dates, the housing rule for that length, the pay estimate, and the voucher status
Keep every pay problem with who has it, a follow-up date, and the case number, with the three soonest on Start Here
Watch your points for the retirement year against the 50 you need for a good year
How to start
Download the workbook and read How to Use. It is a 4-minute read.
On Start Here, type your pay grade, your monthly basic pay from the LES, your duty status, and your R/R date.
Add one row per drill on Drills and one row per set of orders on Orders. After each LES, mark what posted.
When something is wrong, write it on Open Items with who has it and a follow-up date. Bring the page to your CSS or finance office.
Built for drilling Guardsmen and Reservists
Each paid drill period is one thirtieth of monthly basic pay, two periods a day at most. Orders pay by the day, with full BAH at 31 days or more and BAH RC at 30 or fewer. The DTS voucher is due within 5 working days of getting home. A pay claim older than six years is barred by law. The workbook explains all of it in plain words, with the Total Force Service Center number and the escalation path when nothing moves. AGR members and long tours: log the tour once on Orders and the days count toward points.
